We aim to dispatch all wholesale orders within 2-3 working days. Mainland UK orders are dispatched on a next working day service with DPD. Islands, Highlands and NI orders are dispatched on a two-working day service with DPD.

Orders to the European Union

Following Brexit rules surrounding VAT and customs have changed. As an international customer, you will not be charged VAT when you place the order. VAT (variable depending on your location) will be due when your parcel(s) reaches customs, along with an admin fee and any further taxes or duties. Our courier will send you an email with a payment link, and as soon as your payment has been made your order will be released and delivered.

Order Processing

We dispatch the majority of orders within 2 working days on a next working day service with DPD.

We are a small team working between the office and warehouse - if there is an issue with your order processing or dispatch we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss, and let you know how your order will then be processed and delivered.

Please be aware that any orders placed on or immediately following a release date or during a sale, your item(s) may be delayed and may require up to 48 hours of additional processing time.

Delivery Methods within Mainland UK

We use DPD, Royal Mail and occasionally DHL Express to ship orders.

Packages shipped using DPD are trackable and insured. If your order is not delivered as promised, we can issue a replacement or refund to you. Unfortunately, DPD does not service P.O. Box or APO addresses.

Packages sent via standard Royal mail are unfortunately untrackable.

We send you an email when we dispatch your order from our warehouse. We recommend when ordering for next day delivery that you ensure someone is in to receive the order (or enter an alternative address for delivery).

Delivery times are of course for guidance and cannot be guaranteed unless we specifically describe them as such. Generally there are no issues but please be aware that very occasionally issues arise with the carrier and your order may be delayed.

We take great care to pass on any delivery notes that you provide with your order, but of course once we pass this on to the carrier it is up to the delivery driver to comply. We send the orders to be signed for, and so if you provide delivery instructions (such as leaving in an outbuilding etc) which results in a package being lost/damaged we are really sorry to say that the insurance/compensation would be invalidated.

International Shipping: We can deliver to you almost worldwide! Rates are calculated based on a number of factors, including desired service level, the weight of the item, and the cost of shipping, handling, and customs clearance from the UK to the destination country/region.

Delivery charges vary depending on the package size, weight, destination and shipping method.

Delivery Promotional Offers

Like our customers, we are fans of delivery promotions. Unfortunately, however, any special delivery offers available on our website apply only to orders shipping to a UK Mainland destination.

We also regret that free delivery and/or other shipping promotions do not apply to oversized packages. Additional shipping charges will be added to all orders containing oversized products at the time of processing.

We understand that sometimes things just aren't what you wanted and we accept returns provided the item is unused and in the same condition you received it. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 working days amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at stayintouch@ekotexyoga.co.uk and send your item to: Ekotex Yoga, 18A Tennant Street, Edinburgh GB EH6 5ND.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card code will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ekotex Yoga, 18A Tennant Street, Edinburgh GB EH6 5ND. Please notify us before you do this so we can expect the items.

In the event of an exchange, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event of a return of a damaged or incorrect item, we will send you a shipping label and arrange the return shipment with you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot unfortunately guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
